We are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic and skilled management team player to help deliver exceptional food to our guests at our dinners only steakhouse in Redding, CA.The ideal Cattlemens Manager is a diplomatic facilitator of quality food and service who helps plan, organize, supervise, motivate and evaluate the work of the kitchen staff. He/she possesses superior human relations and management skills and proactively trains staff members, organizes workloads and directs the back of the house team. Cattlemens offers a competitive salary, a generous and attainable annual bonus plan, a profit sharing plan fully funded by the company, paid vacation, paid sick leave, a five day work week, medical and dental insurance and training programs, as well as creative and exciting avenues for growth and development.
