Moonstone Bistro has a full time position available.
Position is Patisserie, nighttime line. Duties include making fresh pasta from scratch, daily pasta special, Ganache, Caramel, Desserts, some sauté work, knife skills, and working in concert with the other line cooks. Training is provided.
Some kitchen experience is needed, but if you are a fast learner and like working with your hands, this could be a good fit for you.
In fact, if you are fidgety, curious, like fast paced things, if you are a little too loud, yell at the TV, jump from rope swings, stay up to late.you're probably perfect. If you own a Chef's Knife, cook for your friends and watch food shows, you should drop off a resume at Moonstone Bistro.

Moonstone is open Wednesday through Sunday. You can bring a resume by anytime between 11am and 5 pm.
Closed Monday and Tuesday.
