We are searching for an experienced Project Manager to join our close-knit construction group. Our focus of work is Tenant Improvement projects, while we will also perform some small ground up projects. Typical project cost is $1M-$5M, 4-6 month project timelines.Position Overview : The Project Manager will be responsible for managing construction projects in order to deliver on-time, on-budget projects. The candidate will also be responsible for monitoring progress, budgets, and schedules. They will be expected to build relationships with clients, stakeholders, and vendors in order to ensure successful project completion.Key Responsibilities :Manage the entire project lifecycle from planning, budgeting, and implementation.Develop project plans, budgets, and timelines.Track progress and ensure that all projects are completed according to plan.Develop and manage relationships with clients, stakeholders, and vendors.Provide timely and accurate reporting to management.Identify and resolve potential issues.Qualifications :Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Construction.Multiple years experience managing project up to $5M.Excellent leadership, problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.BenefitsPaid HolidaysSick Time401KGas CardAllowancesApplicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
