Our staff is well-trained and highly skilled qualities that are vital to maintaining excellence in care and service.ResponsibilitiesPlease note: This is a non-benefitted, part-time position working 2 days per week.Position Summary:The Senior Physician Compensation Analyst administers data collection and analysis involved in calculating physician and Medical Group compensation programs. Acts in a lead capacity with Physician Comp Analyst in the area of training, auditing and mentoring. Works with Physician Compensation group to ensure physicians and Medical Groups are paid in a timely & accurate manner. Recommends program & system solutions to address changing needs of the department. Leads compensation support through survey participation & analysis reviewing and distributing compensation and productivity reports, conducting analyses requested and/or required by the executive leadership, Board of Directors (BOD), Medical Directors, individual providers and corporate counsel.QualificationsMinimum Qualifications:

5-8 years of progressive experience in financial analysis accounting or physician compensation.

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance Accounting Business Administration or related field

Special skills:

Medical Group data compilation development reporting and analysis. Proficient in data development and report preparation. Senior skill level in Excel and Access. Effective communication skills. Analytical and data management skills necessary to collect and analyze substantial sized data files. Consistently demonstrating the knowledge skills abilities discretion and behaviors necessary to provide superior service to physicians providers team members and leadership. Must be able to demonstrate a great deal of independent judgment as it applies to discretion and decision making.Preferred Qualifications:

Healthcare experience preferred.

2-5 year in a Lead position preferred.

Microsoft Reporting Services experience preferred.

Experience with relational databases preferred.
