Our staff is well-trained and highly skilled qualities that are vital to maintaining excellence in care and service.ResponsibilitiesThis position is work from home within the Northern California region .Position Summary:Under the supervision of the Manager, the Sr IDX Analyst performs duties related to integration, which includes business needs analysis and customer requirements, participation in the evaluation and selection of software and database systems, system design, development and maintenance, project implementation, documentation and end user training consistent with the mission and philosophy of Dignity Health Medical Foundation.Responsibilities may include:

Directs IDX Analyst team project tasks and timelines

Manages the installation of new system applications/upgrades and designates assignments as needed

Investigates and evaluates requirements to write system rules and edits for more efficient billing

Primary resource for questions from IDX Analyst team

Supports IDX Analyst team in resolving escalated and complex system issues

Responsible for training and auditing of IDX Analyst team

Develop reports for both internal and external clients across a variety of platforms

Retrieve and integrate automated information from various data sources

Process updates in Practice Management system

Maintain paper and electronic claim formats

Communicate system needs and requirements with system application vendors

QualificationsMinimum Qualifications:

3-5 years in a Healthcare related field, with experience in an information systems or related environment.

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required.

Working knowledge of IDX required.

Demonstrated proficiency in database creation, maintenance and report writing using at least one major programming language.

Demonstrated ability to lead others in a team environment.

Demonstrated ability to manage project tasks and timelines and motivate others to achieve goals.

Working knowledge of computers and demonstrated proficiency in Database methodologies, Email systems, Internet and MS office software applications with emphasis in Word and Excel.

Understanding of professional claims and billing procedures.

Demonstrated ability to work independently. Demonstrated ability to use a high level of judgment, initiative, and resourcefulness when dealing with internal and external customers.

Demonstrated ability to analyze problems and user needs to recommend solutions.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Pay Range$35.28 - $51.16 /hourWe are an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
