Description Robert Half's client is a leading provider in the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) industry, dedicated to delivering high-quality solutions to our clients. We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join a Human Resources team as a Human Resources Generalist. If you have a passion for HR, a strong understanding of the HVAC industry, and excellent organizational skills, we invite you to apply. As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the HR functions specific to the HVAC industry. Responsibilities:Recruitment and Onboarding:

Assist in HVAC-specific recruitment efforts, coordinating interviews, and facilitating the onboarding process for new hires.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements for HVAC positions.

Employee Relations:

Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies and procedures in the HVAC context.

Support in addressing and resolving employee relations issues within the unique challenges of the HVAC industry.

HR Administration:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System), with attention to HVAC-specific certifications and training.

Prepare HVAC-specific HR-related documentation, such as safety certifications and compliance records.

Benefits Administration:

Support benefits enrollment with a focus on understanding and communicating HVAC industry-specific benefits.

Coordinate with benefits providers to ensure accurate administration, particularly concerning health and safety regulations.

Training and Development:

Coordinate HVAC-specific training sessions and development programs for employees.

Track and report on HVAC-related training and development activities.

Compliance and Safety:

Ensure compliance with HVAC industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.

Assist in the implementation and communication of HVAC-specific safety protocols.

Employee Events and Engagement:

Organize employee events with consideration for the unique interests and challenges in the HVAC sector.

Contribute to fostering a positive and safety-conscious company culture.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Previous experience in HR or a related administrative role, with exposure to the HVAC industry, is preferred.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HVAC industry-specific certifications and regulations.
