Description We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting various HR functions and contributing to the overall success of our organization. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a positive and efficient HR environment. Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.

Coordinate pre-employment screenings and reference checks.

Maintain and update recruitment databases and candidate files.

Employee Onboarding:

Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation, and training logistics.

Ensure all required documentation is completed and filed appropriately.

Coordinate with various departments to provide a smooth onboarding experience.

Benefits Administration:

Support benefits enrollment processes and assist employees with benefits-related inquiries.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee benefits records.

Collaborate with benefits providers to resolve issues and ensure compliance.

HR Records and Documentation:

Maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.

Prepare and distribute HR-related communications, policies, and procedures.

Generate regular HR reports and analytics as needed.

Employee Relations:

Assist in managing employee relations matters by conducting investigations and documenting outcomes.

Provide support in resolving employee concerns and conflicts.

Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Compliance and Policies:

Stay informed about changes in employment laws and regulations.

Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Previous experience in HR administration or a similar role is preferred.

Knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software.
