Description We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our visitors and employees. If you have excellent communication skills, a welcoming demeanor, and an interest in the tech industry, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional front-desk service and ensuring a positive first impression for everyone who enters our office. Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Front Desk Management:

Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees with a professional and friendly attitude.

Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate parties, providing accurate information as needed.

Visitor Coordination:

Register and sign in visitors, issue visitor badges, and notify employees of guest arrivals.

Assist with coordinating meeting room bookings and managing the visitor waiting area.

Communication Handling:

Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages, distributing them to the respective departments.

Assist in handling general inquiries and providing basic information about the company.

Office Maintenance:

Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with reading materials and company brochures available.

Coordinate with maintenance and cleaning staff to maintain a clean and organized reception space.

Administrative Support:

Assist in administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and coordinating office supplies.

Support other departments with clerical tasks and special projects as needed.

Security Awareness:

Monitor and control access to the premises, enforcing security protocols.

Collaborate with the security team to maintain a secure and safe environment.

Technology Assistance:

Provide basic technical support for visitors using the office's technology, such as conference room equipment.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a customer service role.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Friendly and professional demeanor, with strong interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with basic office software and telephone systems.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent. Additional education in office administration is a plus.
