Implement and oversee quality control processes and procedures for the production of PCBs
Conduct regular quality audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements
Train and supervise staff to ensure adherence to quality standards and procedures
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues in a timely and effective manner
Manage the documentation and record-keeping of quality control processes and procedures
Analyze quality metrics and provide regular reports to management on quality performance and trends
Establish and maintain quality requirements and expectations with suppliers and customers
Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements and standards, including ISO 9001, IPC A-600, and others as needed
Assist with NCMRs and CAPAs for a variety of quality processes
Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed
Other duties as assigned by Quality Manager
