A Maintenance Technician is responsible for supporting all of the business's maintenance activities. Candidates will bring a full range of knowledge (including but not limited to) general handyman skills, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, dry walling, and painting.
COMPENSATION
Hourly rate $18.00 to $20.00
Holiday and Sick pay
Simple IRA Employer 2%
Company vehicle provided
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of two (2) years' experience in maintenance management or suitable experience in residential repairs
Ability to prepare, write and communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and staff
Ability to schedule and estimate workers hours and requirements to complete tasks
General maintenance and repair knowledge
Local area knowledge
The Maintenance Personnel are organized with strong time management skills and an understanding of prioritization. MUST HAVE TOOLS OF TRADE & CLEAR DMV
