Maintenance Person

Maintenance person needed for mid-size apartment complex. Experience with plumbing, electrical, drywall and painting a plus. Position can be as few as twenty hours per week and as many as 40 hours per week depending on candidate's preference. Opportunity to participate in property management. Candidate must be proficient in Spanish in English. Wages commensurate with experience. Perfect job for semi-retired tradesman but we are open to making this a full-time position. Possibility of an on-site apartment as part of compensation.
