Construction Project Manager

Seasoned Project Manager (minimum of 5 years experience) Experienced in interlocking and pedestal pavers; masonry, and general construction. Oversee daily on-site operations of projects, ensuring it's completed safely, on time, and within budget. Manage field crews (with the assistance of our project superintendent), coordinate subcontractors, and maintain quality and safety standards during the entire project duration; this role is crucial for the overall success of the project.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management & Planning:

Developing and managing construction labor and schedules.

Purchasing of all applicable materials for the project; inclusive of labor sub-subcontracts.

Coordinating with GC project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.

Creating all change orders.

Ensuring projects are completed within budget and timeline.

Assist with preparing cost estimates (when needed) and managing project finances. Capable of doing monthly billing projections and working with the accounting department.

Monitoring project progress from inception to project completion/close-out.

On-Site Management:

Supervising and managing the construction crews with the assistance of our field superintendent.

Coordinating and overseeing all on-site work with the assistance of our field superintendent.

Ensuring quality standards are met through regular inspections.

Maintaining a safe and orderly work environment.

Resolving on-site issues and emergencies.

Coordination & Communication:

Communicating project requirements to suppliers and install crews.

Coordinating material deliveries and equipment usage.

Liaising with subcontractors and resolving disputes.

Maintaining accurate records, including daily logs and reports.

Safety & Compliance:

Enforcing safety procedures and protocols.

Ensuring compliance with local, state, and national regulations.

Conducting safety meetings and training.
