Well established construction company in Palm Desert seeking an Onsite, Full Time EXPERIENCED Administrative Assistant.
Position: Onsite Monday-Friday
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist Project Management and Office Staff with but not limited to:
Contracts and document management
Schedule meetings on Microsoft Teams
Project Quality Control:
Maintain job and company City/County/State permits and regulatory requirements
Process Project/Contract Closeouts
Coordinate office maintenance
Office supply ordering and Inventory
Answer Phone
Pick up and process mail
REQUIREMENTS:
Organizational Skills: Minimum of 3 years experience of strong organizational and time management skills are essential for managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
Communication Skills: Minimum of 3 years experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills are crucial for interacting with various outside and inhouse clients and stakeholders.
Technical Skills: Minimum of 5 years’ experience with Outlook, Excel, Word, Microsoft products, salesforce, web-based phone systems and construction management and purchasing software
Construction Knowledge: Minimum of 5 years’ experience of understanding of construction processes and terminology.
Problem-Solving Skills: Minimum of 5 years’ experience of ability to identify and resolve issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
