I’m seeking a part-time Personal & Administrative Assistant to support both my professional services business and the daily operations of my personal life and household. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, caring, reliable, and comfortable working across Apple/MAC devices. Duties Include:
- Scheduling and calendar management (professional + personal)
- Managing errands and appointments (e.g., grocery shopping, returns, dry cleaning)
- Communicating with vendors, service providers, and household support
- Assisting with emails, travel bookings, and document preparation
- Helping manage prescriptions, pet care, and light household logistics
- Posting to and monitoring social media (as needed)
- Assisting with family and household projects
- Providing day-to-day support with warmth, discretion, and integrity
Requirements:
- 3+ years of relevant admin/personal assistant experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Tech-savvy — especially comfortable with Apple/MAC systems (iCloud, iPhone/iPad sync, Calendar, Notes, etc.)
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Flexible, compassionate, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable with light physical errands (local driving, returns, grocery shopping)
Schedule:
15–20 hours per week, morning preferred, Monday through Friday
Occasional evening/weekend support may be requested with notice
