Maintenance Worker (29 Palms)
Compensation: $20.00

Mobile Home park, located in 29 Palms, CA is currently looking for a Maintenance worker to assist with the maintenance responsibilities of the Park.
- General maintenance experience needed
- Maintain and clean all common areas and park owned homes
- Maintenance and general cleaning of dumpster areas and trash pick-up
- Troubleshoot onsite problems such as minor plumbing, electrical and construction
Candidates must also:
- Have strong communication skills, team player, reliable and honest.
- Be able to lift more than 50 pounds
- Be able to read, write and speak English.
- Provide a valid driver license and proof of auto insurance.
- Have reliable vehicle, a pick-up truck preferred
