Our company is looking for an individual willing to work at a 55+ mobile home community.
It is a park maintenance position where your duties will include but aren't limited to assisting the park manager by maintaining the pool/jacuzzi facilities, landscape of the common areas, picking up trash from the streets for residents, cleaning the clubhouse, assisting the manager with delivering notices, and removing weeds throughout the community.
Starting pay is $18.00 per hour but we are open to negotiate this pay depending on your experience.
