Full-time Maintenance Person wanted for manufactured housing community in the City of Palm Springs, California. Tuesday through Saturday work schedule, 40 hours per week.
Maintenance/plumbing/electrical experience preferred. Must have valid driver's license. Wage based on experience.
Eligible candidates must have the ability to complete the following:
Understand and carry out directions in a professional manner while working under direct supervision of the community manager.
Work safely and follow company policy and procedures.
Perform physical labor for routine grounds maintenance and project work as needed.
