Gulton Court invests in, develops and operates commercial real estate. Gulton Court operates office/industrial and apartment buildings in Orange Country and Los Angeles County. We are looking for somebody in the Lake Forest area but than can work occasionally in the Long Beach or Norwalk areas.
Role Description
This is a contract on-site role located primarily in Lake Forest, CA with 10%-20% travel to other locations within approximately 30 miles. This can easily become a full time position with extended benefits after a trial period. As a maintenance technician at Gulton Court, the candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks including general maintenance and repair, diagnosis and repair of plumbing and electrical systems, regularly scheduled inspections, and ensuring overall safety and maintenance standards are met.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience with pneumatic (older 1990) HVAC systems is required!
Experience in Office Build outs is a plus
Knowledge and experience in general maintenance and repair
Experience in diagnosis and repair of HVAC plumbing and electrical systems
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Ability to operate basic hand and power tools, including but not limited to saws, drills, and sanders
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods of time
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Experience with carpentry and painting is a plus
