Responsibilities:
Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC systems with confidence and precision
Perform repairs and routine preventative maintenance on residential and light commercial systems
Respond to emergency service requests promptly and professionally
Maintain a clean, organized work environment and adhere to all safety policies and procedures
Communicate clearly with customers and provide honest, solutions-based recommendations
Offer and explain HVAC system replacement options to homeowners
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of HVAC service experience preferred
Solid understanding of HVAC systems, components, and wiring diagrams
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Ability to lift and carry equipment, work in attics and crawl spaces
Clean and professional appearance with excellent customer service skills
Confident and charismatic when speaking with homeowners
Proven ability to build rapport and close HVAC replacement sales
