Key Responsibilities:
Project Oversight: Organize, prioritize, and manage all aspects of assigned electrical projects, from planning to completion.
Team Leadership: Lead and direct staff, ensuring tasks are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest standards.
Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
Site Management: Conduct site visits to monitor project progress, assist estimators with bids, and ensure the work aligns with customer expectations and industry standards.
Goal Setting & Achievement: Set clear goals for your team and implement systems to enhance speed, accuracy, and overall project quality.
Staff Development: Hire and mentor a skilled workforce, and ensure continuous improvement in safety, performance, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Required: 5+ years of Commercial Electrician experience AND Project Management experience specifically in Commercial Refrigeration or Service Management.
Expertise in electrical systems, refrigeration processes, and industry best practices.
Proven ability to manage projects and teams, with a focus on safety, and efficiency, staying within budget, and delivering projects on time.
Knowledge of city/state codes and the ability to ensure all work complies with these requirements.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Strong problem-solving, leadership, communication, and customer service skills.

Job Type: Full-time
Starting Salary: $80,000 - $125,000 Per year
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, with on-call availability when needed

High school or equivalent (Required)
Higher Education (Preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) and moderate computer skills (Required)
Work Location:
We are Southern California-based for most of our projects and have occasional out-of-town assignments.
Some travel may be required
