We are a structural contractor in the commercial space, with an opening for an organized Project Manager with excellent time management skills to run crews and ensure that schedules are met safely.
This a position for a person that plans, documents, and executes. They look ahead, anticipate challenges, and produce. When the job is running, they are on site. Projects range across Orange and Los Angeles counties.
Responsibilities:
Create and maintain construction schedules.
Train and manage staff.
Liaise with property owners and tenants.
Order materials as needed, to ensure best pricing and efficient delivery.
Ensure that projects remain within the allotted budget.
Ensure that safety protocols are followed.
Daily and weekly reporting.
Requirements:
Prior experience in similar role.
Experience in the trades.
Run crews in the field.
Good interpersonal skills.
Reads plans.
