Vacancy caducado!
Dear Potential Team Member,
We are looking for an energetic person with multiple commercial construction skills and no reservations about performing a number of tasks: a person who can manage their work, the quality of their work, and maintain the cleanliness of the project. Some of the important skills required, as needed outside of our subcontractors would be:
1. Free up Project Managers from day-to-day operations, including manpower scheduling and quality control. (So they can pursue more high quality clients and projects)
2. Reduce labor costs through better efficiency, planning, and control. (Less travel and down time by field personnel.)
3. Planning to include scheduling out on white boards and T-Sheets digitally as far out in front as possible. Ease the daily stress ad scramble)
4. Reduce costs by reducing tools lost, material purchases, material stock use, job site efficiency. (Produce more product with less expense)
5. Produce a better, cleaner, safer, and more professional image to our clients (Job site image)
6. Reduce safety losses by holding safety meetings and overseeing safety concerns (Bring down insurance cost)
7. Produce a better-quality finished product by encouraging and engaging working supervisors and sub-contractors to produce a better final finished product. (No punch list perfection)
8. Manage warehouse and special tool rooms (organization)
9. Perform working supervisors bi-annual performance reviews, make recommendations on discipline and hiring. (to get the best possible people, and motivate them)
10. Manage, review, enforce company rules and standards, recommend rewards, and discipline, and write-up all field employees.
11. Perform daily job site cleanliness, respect to clients, tenants, and neighbors.
12. Daily punch walk jobs for quality and help supers with cost saving problem solving. Make sure they are on schedule.
13. Performing client punch walks and taking progress and final photos of projects
14. Helping supervisors understand and interpret job plans -FIRST PRE-CON WALKS WITH project managers and supers.
15. Pulling city permits if super or PM requests you to do so. You will have your own notarized permission to do so.
