We are a growing mobile marine service company specializing in yacht maintenance and repairs, seeking a skilled, physically fit, and motivated Yacht Repair Technician to join our team (1099 position)
Responsibilities:
Perform a wide range of yacht repair services including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance
Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with marine systems and components
Complete installations and upgrades on various onboard systems
Maintain clean and organized workspaces (onboard and in the shop)
Communicate effectively with the team regarding job progress and recommendations
Utilize in-house software to record job details, upload photos, and complete daily logs after each assignment
Qualifications:
Prior experience in yacht/marine repair or similar mechanical trade
Strong understanding of marine systems (diesel engines, electronics, plumbing, etc.)
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
Basic tools preferred – we provide specialty equipment
Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and safety conscious
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
