CAL IT Group is a growing full-service Managed Services Provider (MSP) currently seeking a Technical Support Specialist, Level II. The Technical Support Specialist, Level II will provide technical assistance to our clients and provide guidance and escalation support to our Level I technicians. You will install, upgrade and troubleshoot hardware and software systems. If you’re computer-savvy, enjoy supporting end users, and looking to learn new technologies in a fast-paced environment, we’d like to meet you! To succeed in this role, you should have a problem-solving attitude along with the ability to give clear technical instructions and be able to communicate clearly both verbally and written. You should be familiar with remote troubleshooting techniques. Ultimately, you will ensure prompt and accurate customer service and increase client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
-Provide Windows and Mac Support, provision users with required applications and hardware, troubleshoot network connectivity issues, install operating systems & applications, system imaging and system migration.
-Resolve issues for clients via phone, in person, or electronically.
-Assist with regular proactive monitoring of client backup & data recovery operations.
-Track customer issues and resolutions with using our ticketing system.
-Build rapport with clients.
Requirements:
-3-5 Years' experience in a similar position
-3 Years experience with Microsoft 365 & Azure Management
-3 Years experience with VMware ESXi and vCenter
-At least 1 Moderate Level certification required (e.g. Microsoft, CompTIA)
-High school diploma or equivalent
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
-Positive and professional demeanor
-Must demonstrate the ability to effectively work independently
-Must have strong organizational, priority and time management skills with the ability to multi-task
-Reliable personal vehicle with the ability to drive to clients as required
-Ability to participate in after-hours on-call rotation

-Available to work overtime as required
