The Position This is a high volume phone sales position; if you do not like being on the phone, this is not the position for you. You must be able to relate to small business owners and communicate how our company will help them. Smile and dialers only thousands of warm leads need to be called. Our clients have reached out and contacted us to get more information on how we can dramatically help their business. All have reached out to get more information about our exact service they inquired about on our site. You MUST not be scared of making calls!

Daily/Weekly, individual and team spiffs/bonuses
Warm/Hot leads who have all been exposed to our marketing materials and filled out their information to be contacted regarding our services
Responsibilities
Effectively explain our services and enroll clients
Perform outbound calls to potential clients (100-200 calls/day)
Meet or exceed sales and revenue targets on a weekly/monthly basis
Maintain pipeline and properly manage lead flow (requires computer skills)
Qualifications
2+ years sales experience (outside / inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing)
MUST be able to reliably commute to San Juan Capistrano M-F
Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas
Excellent interpersonal skills - relating to small business owners is a must!
