Primary Partners Financial is an established mortgage banker and broker with a professional environment that offers a unique opportunity to select loan professionals. We are looking for Experienced NMLS MLO or DRE licensed Loan Officers to work in Irvine, near The Spectrum.
We offer a very aggressive commission splits. Our leads are EXCLUSIVE, not internet, but live warm transfers. We have the best processing and underwriting. Nobody will beat our in-house operations. We have lending relationships not available to anyone else in the industry. We use Optimal Blue for our pricing/qualification engine.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Qualifies mortgage loans by examining customer's application.
Ability to multitask and manage large client and HEAVY inbound/outbound call volume.
Experienced with Purchase transactions.
Ability to close 10+ mortgage transactions per month.
Follow up with leads given daily (ability to manage large pipeline)
Build strong rapport with clients
Follow up utilizing multiple contact strategies
Analyze applicant's credit worthiness
Qualify loan programs (must know how - Understand DTI, LTV, Reserves)
Thorough knowledge of LOS systems - Encompass a plus
Strong customer service skills, thoroughness, and confidentiality
Qualifications:
At least one year Full Time employment in mortgage origination
All required state licensing for California
Outstanding understanding of the mortgage industry
Excellent sales and consulting skills
Knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC and Government lending guidelines
PC literacy in Word, Excel, Email and the Internet
