You possess a genuine desire to help people overcome tax challenges and find financial freedom. You are a skilled communicator with a natural ability to build rapport and convert leads. This position offers the opportunity to excel in both operational and sales aspects of tax resolution.
Responsibilities:
Operations (50%) Analyze client tax situations to identify errors and discrepancies.
o Utilize IRS Logics experience to navigate complex tax resolutions.
o Advocate for clients before the IRS, negotiating favorable settlements such as installment agreements or Offers in Compromise.
o Leverage expertise in entity creation to structure client businesses for optimal tax efficiency.
o Adhere to strict tax codes and regulations in handling intricate tax scenarios.
o Maintain meticulous client files and ensure accurate recordkeeping.
Sales Development (50%)
o Build rapport with potential clients, understanding their unique tax challenges.
o Effectively communicate Alleviate Tax Relief's services and solutions.
o Convert qualified leads into paying clients through clear and compelling presentations.
o Develop and maintain a strong network of professional contacts for potential referrals.
o Travel to meet with clients (driver's license required).
Requirements:
IRS Logics experience is required (CRM)
CTEC, Enrolled Agent (EA) license with the IRS, Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or Tax Attorney.
Proven experience in tax resolution, with a strong understanding of IRS regulations.
Expertise in utilizing IRS Logics for tax research and analysis.
Demonstrated ability to explain complex tax issues in a clear and concise manner.
A passion for helping individuals and businesses navigate difficult tax situations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with clients.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Meticulous attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
