We are seeking licensed, guard card holding individuals for full time employment as a gate guard for an upscale community.
Shifts are:
Fridays 9pm- 5am
Saturdays 9pm- 5am
Sundays 9pm- 5am
Mondays 9pm- 5am
Tuesdays 9pm- 5am
Responsibilities:
Verify all entering vehicles have clearance
Work with vehicle monitoring software on a computer
Parking enforcement
Assign citations and authorize tows as needed
Respond to any situations as they arise
Fill out activity report at end of shift
Requirements:
MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE GUARD CARD
Dwellinglive experience is a plus
Working smart phone with internet access
Strong attention to detail
Must be dependable and friendly as you will be interacting with residents
Able to use computers and email efficiently
