We are seeking licensed, guard card holding individuals for full time employment doing vehicle patrol and parking enforcement for a community.
Shifts can be:
Monday- Friday 4:00pm- 1:00am
or
Sunday- Thursday 4:00pm- 1:00am
Responsibilities:
Patrol community in company provided vehicle
Parking enforcement
Work with vehicle monitoring software on smartphone
Assign citations and authorize tows as needed
Respond to any situations as they arise
Fill out activity report at end of shift
Requirements:
MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE GUARD CARD
Valid driver's license
Working smart phone with internet access
Strong attention to detail
Must be dependable and friendly as you will be interacting with residents
Able to use computers and email efficiently
