We are seeking a motivated and reliable E-Commerce Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. This position plays a crucial role in supporting the fulfillment and shipping operations of our e-commerce business. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring that products are received, stored, packed, and shipped in a timely and accurate manner to meet customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Pick and pack orders efficiently and accurately.
Load and unload deliveries, ensuring items are stored safely.
Maintain organization and cleanliness of the warehouse.
Assist with inventory control and stock taking.
Ensure proper labeling, storing, and tracking of merchandise.
Follow all safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
Manage and maintain product listings, including descriptions, pricing, and images, ensuring they are up to date and accurate.
Provide exceptional customer service by handling inquiries and resolving issues related to orders, returns, and products.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required.
Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for long periods.
Comfortable working in varying temperatures (depending on the warehouse environment).
