We are seeking a motivated and reliable E-Commerce Shipping Associate to join our team. This position plays a crucial role in supporting the fulfillment and shipping operations of our e-commerce business. As a Shipping Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring that products are picked, packed, and shipped in a timely and accurate manner to meet customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick, pack and ship orders efficiently and accurately
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of the warehouse.
- Assist with inventory control and stock taking.
- Ensure proper labeling, storing, and tracking of merchandise.
- Follow all safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Manage and maintain product listings, including descriptions, pricing, and images, ensuring they are up to date and accurate.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous warehouse experience preferred, but not required.
Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
Available Monday - Friday
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for long periods.
Comfortable working in varying temperatures (depending on the warehouse environment).
Compensation:
Competitive hourly wage: $20/hour
