We are seeking a Bilingual Retail Sales Associate to become an integral part of our Garden Grove team!You will be responsible for selling candy, party supply items, blowing up balloons, placing custom party orders and providing other services in a retail setting.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and identify customer needs
Explain products and services to customers
- Monitor inventory for expiration dates and to ensure product is in stock
- Enter and process customer orders
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints
- Ringing customer sales
- Maintain a clean store and performdaily cleaning activities at end of day
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to build rapport with customers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Energetic and enthusiastic
- Enjoys being around kids
Physical ability to carry out the essential functions of the job, including packing candy, stocking shelves, ringing sales, standing or walking the entire shift and frequent lifting up to 25 pounds.
