Job Description:
Are you passionate about creativity and interested in learning more about the world of jewelry-making? As a Bead Store Sales Associate, you'll embark on an exciting journey of discovery and skill development. No prior experience is necessary – we will provide comprehensive training to equip you with the knowledge and expertise needed to succeed in this role. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting customers in selecting beads, gemstones, and jewelry-making supplies
Learning about different bead types, jewelry-making techniques, and design principles to provide expert advice and guidance to customers
Operating our point-of-sale system to process transactions accurately and efficiently
Maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment
Participating in inventory management tasks such as receiving shipments and restocking shelves
Collaborating with team members to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
