POSITION SUMMARY
Retail Manager is responsible for the retail operations of the Estate Sale business including sales and profitability of sales, managing staff, setup and merchandising, marketing and advertising, sales and breakdown of event.

RESPONSIBILITIES / ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Appraise art and antiques to be sold
Manage all the retail operations of the Estate Sale
Manage the preparation of the Estate Sale
Arrange the delivery of all equipment for sales
Ensure properly stocked supplies and equipment at sales
Assisting prep; price of general/typical sale items
Work alongside team to stage, prep and price items for sale
Manage equipment organization, stock and distribution
Responsible for customer experience with both clients and shoppers
Develop and maintain safety protocol
Develop and maintain sale standards
Ensure client satisfaction
Distribute client communication to field team and ensure protection of items not being sold
Collect, maintain and distribute sales results
Provide exceptional customer service personally and train staff to do the same
Ability to grow sales and control costs
Hire, train and manage Estate Sale staff
Take in home sales meetings with prospective clients
ADDITIONAL SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Must have a high level of integrity that is evident to clients and employees.
Focused on increasing sales, managing costs and other critical areas of managing a business.
Advanced computer proficiency in standard office programs.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
