DSI is a fast-growing company in RSM and we have a unique job opening. No experience necessary, and we will TRAIN the right person in this role.
We mail anywhere from 500 to 5,000 letters a week and we need someone who can run the printers and machines necessary to mail this volume of letters on the date they are to go out. You’ll have great training and ongoing support from colleagues and the hours are flexible, meaning you can work anytime during the day as long as the letters get out on time. Some weeks the mailings might take only 5 hours, other weeks it may be as much as 20 hours. To keep your hours consistent we will cross-train you into other administrative roles within the company. There are a number of options including customer service, document review, account management, general office admin, even administrative assistant.
Director of Production (mail room) is a critical but very independent role. No dress code, flexible hours, you can work from home when not in the mailroom, and we pride ourselves on being a family-friendly company. In fact, we have virtually no turnover because our team loves working from home, having weekends free, our culture, our commitment to your own growth, and your happiness. We are looking to hire ASAP.
Our staff ranges from 23 to 77 years old, from new grads to semi-retirees to soccer moms to MOPS to people who need a second job. Professional office experience is not a requirement! Being a good person IS a requirement. And one more thing we continue to grow like crazy = job security!
