Immediate opening for an efficient, well-organized receptionist/administrative coordinator in a busy wellness center. This is a career position with lots of opportunity for growth. Flexible part-time hours to start then increase to full-time. Saturday's are a must! Paid training.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- reception/admin experience
- extremely organized and efficient
- superb customer service skills
- ability to multitask
- greet patients, answer phones, make appointments, etc.
- process transactions
- track and maintain inventory
- computer literacy is a MUST
- punctual and responsible
- self motivated and able to work independently
- must be able to lift 15 lbs
- polite and well-spoken
- Bilingual Spanish or Farsi speaking is a PLUS
