We are looking for a body shop office assistant that can help with day-to-day office duties. The position is available in our Anaheim location. The position available is a full-time position. Experience is a must for this position. Must have at least 2 years of experience in the automotive body shop industry.
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic office assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and assistance. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a high level of professionalism in all interactions. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. The candidate will also be required to help out the office staff complete day to day tasks.
The position available will be a full-time position. Pay rate is based off of experience.
