South Orange County Property Management Company is seeking an:

OFFICE ADMIN PROFESSIONAL

Summary: Successful 35+ year old small business seeks avid multi-tasking, customer service, and computer savvy team member to join the fast paced world of HOA Property Management.

Skills / Characteristics must include but not limited to:

Ability to answer a multi-line phone system in a calm and timely manner

Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word / Excel / Outlook

OUTSTANDING interpersonal and communication skills

Self starter, self motivator

Effective multi-tasker

Fast learner

Knowledge of general office skills - copying / faxing / sorting mail

Administrative Job Duties:

Responds to emails and telephone calls, providing excellent customer service to homeowners, vendors and potential clients.

Processes open/closing paperwork for escrows

Prepares multiple weekly Board Packages to be sent to Board of Directors in a timely manner.

Working with legal counsel to prepare annual elections

Reviews billing statements, creates mailers, newsletters, notices, etc. to be sent with the monthly bill.

Creates invoices for out-of-scope work conducted for associations.

Translates hand-written minutes to Word format.

Updates logs and reports on a daily basis.

Creates drafts of violation and architectural letters based upon notes provided.

Conducts website updates when necessary.

Reviews Homeowner’s Accounts.

Creates and provides professional management proposals to perspective clients.

Hours will be 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday – Thursday

8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Friday

Compensation is dependent on experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Education:

High school or equivalent

Experience:

Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)

Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
