Since 1928, Rayne Water has been developing and improving water treatment systems and products such as Water Softeners, Water Conditioners, Reverse Osmosis Drinking Water Systems, and Water Coolers.
Rayne Water of Irvine is seeking to fill a position for an organized, reliable Admin employee to be an integral part of our expanding force in the Irvine and Orange County areas.
The Admin individual will also need to be proficient with handling of telephone customer service calls. This position addresses customer concerns, sets appointments for the service department and handles all administrative functions associated with these tasks. This position assists the Office Coordinator and General Manager with various projects such as preparing the service schedules, organizing customer payments and routing deliveries as well.
Responsibilities:
Set appointments with customers for the service department from inbound calls.
Initiate outbound calls with the purpose of setting appointments as requested.
Assist with administrative duties as necessary.
Ensure that proper forms, policies and procedures are followed.
Provide administrative assistance to the General Manager and Office coordinator on short notice.
