We’re looking for an Accounting Manager/ Bookkeeper with QuickBooks Experience to work for the original reclaimed lumber company in Orange County, CA and join our amazing team.
Qualifications:
The successful candidate will have 3+ years of Quick Books Accounting experience. Must have 3+ years with A/P, A/R, Payroll, Cash Flow reporting, Bank Reconciliation, Credit Card Reconciliation, Customer Billing, Financial Reporting to the Owner and other accounting duties as needed by the CFO.
Responsible For:
Managing and performing the daily operations of the accounting department
Monitoring and analyzing accounting data and producing financial reports or statements as needed
Tracking the accuracy of cash flow reporting - including expenditures and revenue
Giving strategic financial advice to senior management
Be Organized and detail oriented
Complete tasks in a timely manner
Generate thorough reports and complete all financial responsibilities proficiently
Possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Quick Books Online, Excel, Word, Google Sheets/Calendar,
Job Classification and Compensation
This position is paid via hourly rate
Rate to be determined/commensurate with experience
Open to working in the Showroom when necessary
