Seeking Office Manager with 4 years experience in management or a supervisory role. Many hands on duties of a small office. Team player. Full time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. Reports to executive management.
Duties:
- Responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the office
- Enforce company standards, policy, and procedure.
- HR duties to include new hire responsibilities, employee orientation, training, Benefit administration.
- Manage Service requests
- Construction contracts review and tracking
- Maintain digital and paper filing systems.
- Support daily personnel and customers’ needs.
- Manage office maintenance vendors
- Reports to executive management
- Resolve vendor and customer discrepancies
- A/R Collections
- A/P Processes
- Filing systems responsibilities
- Timecard responsibilities
- Other administrative duties as required.
Qualities for Success: Experienced professional manager, personable, leader, Supportive of the company’s core values, accurate, responsible, takes instruction well.
Skills: Excellent communication, Organization, reading comprehension, experience with SAP products, Excel, Word, Heavy Outlook, bookkeeping or accounts payable experience preferred.
