POSITION TITLE: Part-Time Office Manager and Marketing Assistant (in Office)

The Reynolds Group seeks a qualified person to join its team of environmental site assessment and remediation specialists in the office based in Tustin, California.

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Note that a moderately tech-savvy person can quickly learn many of the duties described below. As an Office Administrator and Marketing Assistant at The Reynolds Group, the qualified candidate will support office operations and sales/marketing.

In-Office Time: 3 to 4 hours/day for five days per week.

Sales and Marketing Support:

-Manage and update resumes for key personnel.

-Send out constant contact information and other SWAG to prospects and good clients.

-Manage the “closure letter” recognition procedure and create project success stories.

-Send thank you letters and follow ups as directed by the Sales Team

Meetings and Communication:

-Regular accountability as described above.

-Weekly visibility of work hours in Outlook and Slack so staff can expect reasonable response times.

-Office Administration and Technical Tasks:

-Learn and effectively use Vantage Point CRM

-Maintain a professional office space

-Manage office inventory supplies

-Scan and file documents

-Organize office training events, gatherings, and other Team events

-Assure and maintain the proper function of office equipment such as printers, copiers, postage stamp meters, and binding machines.

-Optimize SEO engines for online visibility.

-Help The Reynolds Group Format all outgoing correspondence and reports in Microsoft Office Word according to the best Practices at The Reynolds Group

-Drive as necessary for deliveries or special projects

-Assist CEO with incidental projects like season’s greetings, etc.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

-Desire to learn new things and put in great effort to support the team

-Interpersonal skills that enable him/her to work independently and as a team player

-Operational knowledge of getting around the internet and using software such as MS, Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook, MS Planner

-Desire to be an effective communicator in a team environment

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

- A vehicle and safe driving record are required (mileage is reimbursed).

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

Compensation will be commensurate with the candidate’s experience $25-$32/hour.
