At Electrolurgy, the Quality Control Inspector II is responsible for ensuring that all products meet our quality standards and that customer specifications are being met and followed. To be successful in this position, you must have previous aerospace inspection experience to perform visual quality control inspections, checking products at various stages of processing, and testing for process verification.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Verify that quality check procedures are followed during every phase of processing
Perform required process verification
Perform visual inspection throughout the process
Verify masking per blueprint and purchase order
Take photos and communicate with customers when discrepancies are noted
Review shop traveler upon completion to ensure all data has been properly recorded prior to job shipment
Train shop personnel to look for potential quality issues before they happen and to improve overall product quality
Qualifications:
3+ years Quality Control Inspection in an Aerospace environment
Basic Blueprint reading and interpretation required
Proficiency with measuring devices including X-ray, gauges, calipers, and other calibrated instruments
Computer experience with ERP systems, email, and other Microsoft programs
Full-time availability with overtime and weekends as needed
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
First shift 5:30 am to 2:00 pm
Compensation includes:
$26-$28 per hour depending on experience
