Description
Job Purpose: To work in a professional manner using guidelines set up by the company. Be able to work to the production schedule to ensure on-time delivery to the customer.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Understand and prepare detailed work procedures with accuracy.
Knowledge of using assembly tools, fixtures, and equipment.
Knowledge of the mechanical assembly process.
Support filament winding tasks such as resin squeezing, tool cleaning.
Rotomold operation support such as material preparation, boss recovery.
Tank label and foam dome installation.
Assemble and ship products on time that meet or exceed specifications.
Able to work shift hours as required and show up to work on time.
Proficient in English to communicate with fellow employees and follow work instructions.
Demonstrate maturity and tact while working in a team environment or independently.
Adopt and implement the Quality Assurance Procedures-QAP and Departmental Work Instructions-DWI, identified in QEMS Employee Training Matrix located in H:/Quality and Environmental Management System.
Education and/or Experience:
Required: High School Diploma or equivalent
Preferred: ASME Yl4.5 drawing reading knowledge preferred
Automobile mechanic experience and ability to operate a forklift, also a plus
Physical Job Requirements:
This is primarily a production position with employees working in a production environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use their hands and fingers to operate various equipment and machinery. They are required to stand, walk or sit, reach with hands and arms, stop, kneel, and crouch. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to focus. This position involves occasionally lifting up to 25 - 50 pounds.
