As a Production Operator, you will play a vital role in the manufacturing process of our engraved products. You will be responsible for operating machinery, ensuring product quality, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong mechanical aptitude, and a passion for delivering high-quality craftsmanship.
Responsibilities:
Operate engraving machinery and equipment according to standard operating procedures.Monitor production processes to ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.Perform routine maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.Inspect finished products for defects, imperfections, or inconsistencies and make necessary adjustments.Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.Maintain accurate records of production activities, including inventory levels and machine maintenance logs.Collaborate with team members to streamline production processes and improve efficiency.Assist in packaging and labeling finished products for shipment to customers.Keep work area clean and organized to facilitate smooth workflow and minimize hazards.Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
