Flame USA is seeking a Social Media Manager to manage and coordinate digital content across various social platforms. You will work closely with Creative Directors, Contracted Content Creators, and other Contracted Services. You will be responsible for managing contracted teams, building scripts using Chat GPT, researching new AI enhancing platforms, building pre-designated SOPs, running/scheduling software, and posting on social platforms to enhance marketing and managing data.
REQUIREMENTS:
-Content Coordinator: Collaborate with Engagement Managers, Content Editors, AI CHATGPT, and other stakeholders
planning and organizing the content publishing schedule.
-Social Media Manager: You will work closely with Content creators and other relevant teams to ensure a seamless
execution of effective content publishing.
-Technical Proficiency: Possess a strong understanding of content management systems, digital publishing tools, and
related technologies. Learn new AI software platforms to build new models for enhanced productivity. Adobe
Illustrator or Photoshop experience preferred.
-Project Management: You will also communicate with different teams to gather the necessary information and assets
for content creation and publication.
BACKGROUND
-1-3+ years of experience working with social media, marketing agency setting.
-Bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing, or a related field or equivalent experience.
-Proven experience in digital content publishing, content management (or a similar role), strong writing, editing, and
proofreading skills. Proficiency in content management systems, basic video editing tools, excellent
organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality
content.
