We are seeking a Social Media Specialist who is innovative, customer-focused, hands-on, and focused on lead generation and automation to maximize lead potential and conversions. One that will take the lead in branding and marketing efforts to help add content and demand of new prospects.
Duties and Responsibilities
Social Media Post Creation
Utilize creativity to create and publish content on all social media platforms to grow target audience, build brand awareness and boost sales.
Planning the company’s social media strategy and executing on it
Building out company goals, strategic tactics to explore, test, experiment, and optimize different social media channels including images and videos
Strategize and execute paid advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and Tiktok Ads) based on internal and external factors such as inventory, customer data, market trends, etc.
Analyze and report on campaign performance, using both quantitative and qualitative analysis to draw insights for optimization.
Work closely with Operations/Sales to improve and create sales funnel strategies
Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or any related field is required.
2+ years’ experience with marketing, branding, advertising, and/or customer relationship management
Experience with CRM Systems
Excellent analytical skills, demonstrated passion for digging into data
Exceptional communicator with a desire to improve processes and positively impact the organization.
Must have a service mindset
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
