We are a residential design-build company located in Long Beach. We help homeowners with small projects such as an open floor plan kitchen remodel up to a medium size project such as room addition and whole house remodel. We offer start to finish design and construction services.
Job Description Includes:
Collaborate with the design team to develop and track construction documents.
Help select and source materials.
Meet with homeowners and present design ideas.
Coordinate with the design team to receive material selections and track selections.
Help track and report project progress of projects.
Creating client presentation boards.
Coordinate with the design team to assist in assigning tasks and meet project deadlines.
Conduct administrative duties.
Coordinate with subcontractors and help obtain estimates.
Requirements/Competencies:
A background of 2+ years in interior design.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to learn new software.
Proficient with Outlook, MS Word and Excel.
Proficient with AutoCAD.
Ability to identify areas of improvement, suggest solutions, and use problem solving skills to streamline processes.
Your own computer.
Your own car.
Be a self-starter and go-getter.
Job Type: Part-Time (20 hours, possibly more depending on workload).
Pay: $32 an hour. Probation period of 60 days. Hourly to be reevaluated after probation period.
Work Location: 40% in office and 60% remote. As long as progress is made, and work is getting done we're flexible.
