ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Execute weekly T.V. show flow, schedule and attend weekly filming for TV Show
- Setup photography for new listing, communicate directly with photographer, agent and homeowner
- Attend photography and communicate with homeowner to create MLS feature list of home
-Write MLS property descriptions for new listings
-Create property brochure and feature list sheet approved by homeowner and agent for new listing
-Provide all materials to agent for Broker Preview
-Produce weekly and monthly advertisements
-Work with web partners and publications to submit advertisements on deadline
-Manage social media
-Update website with new listings and sold listings
-Handle marketing requests for all agents including but not limited to advertisements, doorknockers, promotional items, mailers, business cards, flyers, etc.
-Customize weekly e-blasts for open houses, new listings, events, etc.
-Send owners weekly advertisement schedules to notify them of the marketing of their home
- Handle incoming media opportunities
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be extremely experienced in Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator/Canva.
- Proficient with Facebook advertisements
- Able to work in fast paced environment with tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with Constant Contact, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Yelp, MLS
- Should be familier with Canva and Adobe
Must present themselves professionally and have excellent communication skills and the ability to work within a team environment with other licensed and unlicensed assistants and Realtor members of staff. Office is based in Laguna Beach. Position is 5 days a week. Hourly Pay. 3-5 years in office/real estate environment preferred.
Benefits
