Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Paralegal/Case Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury law, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This is not a remote work opportunity. This is an in-office position with flexible work schedule at our main office at 34232 Pacific Coast Hwy, Ste F, Dana Point, CA 92629.
Responsibilities include:
-Answering phones and providing excellent client service.
-Drafting motions, pleadings, and discovery documents.
-Responding to and propounding discovery.
-Managing case files and maintaining accurate records.
-Assisting the attorney with case preparation and trial support.
Requirements:
-Minimum of 5 years of paralegal experience with a personal injury firm.
-Paralegal certificate for California preferred.
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Proficiency in legal research and legal document preparation.
Hours and Compensation:
-Part-time position: 20 hours per week to start.
-Hourly wage: $25 - $32 based on experience.
-Potential to become full-time as the workload increases.
